Fans are dying to play GTA 6 following its first trailer, which unveiled a gorgeous rendition of Florida. This small look at GTA 6 has only gotten gamers even more excited and anxious to hear more specifics on what the game is going to entail.
Per recent speculation via famous Grand Theft Auto content creator Legacy Killa HD, GTA 6 will also possess a primary campaign consisting of about 35 to 40 hours. According to Legacy Killa HD, this information does indeed come from his prior predictions that came true, like revealing the name “Project Americas” back in 2019. Although that might come as a surprise to fans, there is good reason to take Legacy Killa HD’s word for it since he has a pretty strong track record.
This has led to comparisons with GTA 5, which had a similar length for its story. On the flip side, some wonder where it will stand among other lengthy narrative games like Rockstar’s own Red Dead Redemption 2. News of a 35-40 hour campaign indicates that GTA 6 is going to be full of content, and, just like Grand Theft Auto Online and Fortnite, it sounds as though this next game could well have the legs to last players for years on end.
Note that this could well change between now and the release of GTA 6 in 2025, with Rockstar Games already developing the game. Folks will be keen to hear more as 2024 creeps up, and the sense of anticipation for the next major Grand Theft Auto continues to build.
